To help preserve its finish and shine, avoid prolonged or repeated exposure to harsh chemicals, chlorine, salt water, perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products. If exposed to any of these substances, immediately rinse with fresh water, then gently wipe clean and dry with a soft cloth. Store in a cool, dry place when not being worn.

RETURNS
All items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. However we do offer resizing services if an adjustment is needed for a beaded bracelet. We encourage you to review product details and sizing tips carefully before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact October Butterflies within 7 business days of delivery with photos, your order number, and a brief description of the issue. We’ll take care of it by repairing or replacing your piece at no cost. Issues reported after 7 business days may still be eligible for repair or replacement, but a fee may apply.
