Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $125 or more (before taxes and discounts). Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout for orders below this amount.

Standard Shipping (2-5 Business Days)- $5.95

Priority Shipping (1-3 Business Days)- $9.95

*Please note that standard and priority shipping time estimates begin after your order has been made and processed, and do not include processing time.

 

Processing Times

We want you to receive your beautiful pieces as quickly as possible! Please note that the timeframes below are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during high-volume seasons.

• Ready-to-Ship Bangles: Typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days
  
• Custom Handmade Beaded Bracelets: Typically made and shipped within 7–10 business days

All orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact October Butterflies within 7 business days of delivery with photos, your order number, and a brief description of the issue. We’ll take care of it by repairing or replacing your piece at no cost.
