To keep your bracelets looking their best, keep them away from harsh chemicals and perfumes & store them in a dry place.

• For beaded bracelets, put them on and take them off one at a time (to avoid overstretching them).
• For bangles, put them on and take them off the same way every time (to avoid loosening the clasp)

Our pieces are designed for everyday wear, but care recommendations vary by style:

Beaded Bracelets:  Our beaded bracelets are water-resistant and tarnish-resistant; however, to preserve the integrity of the stretch cord to prolong it’s life, we recommend avoiding excessive water and prolonged exposure to chemicals, lotions, and perfumes.

Bangles: Our bangles are waterproof and tarnish-resistant-designed for durability and everyday wear; however, to preserve their finish, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals.

If needed, our bangles can be slightly adjusted for a tighter or looser closure. To create a looser clasp closure, lightly press the ends of the bottom half of the bangle inward. For a tighter clasp closure, gently pull the ends of the bottom half of the bangle outward.

With regular wear, the clasp may shift slightly depending on how gently or firmly the bangle is opened and closed. Using a consistent method when putting it on and taking it off will help maintain the clasp.

If ever needed, we recommend making small, gradual adjustments to maintain the beauty and structure of your bangle.

We recommend measuring your wrist circumference (in centimeters) with a soft measuring tape, then add 2cm to that measurement to determine your bracelet size. Most prefer a snug finger space between the bottom of their wrist and bracelet but if you would like more or less space between the two, size up or down from your measurement.

Tip: If you don’t have a measuring tape, use a string and measure it against a ruler.

If you are between sizes and are ordering beaded bracelets that use 6mm beads or smaller, we recommend sizing down. If you’re ordering beaded bracelets that use 8mm beads or larger, we recommend sizing up.

Beaded Bracelets: If your bracelet doesn't fit quite right, you're welcome to send it back for a resize. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Bangles: Our bangles are intentionally designed as a one-size-fits-most piece and cannot be resized or exchanged.

Once your bracelet is received, most resizing requests are completed within 7 business days.

Our beaded bracelets are made with a high-quality stretch cord, but like all stretch jewelry, they should be handled with care and not overstretched regularly. When wearing a stack of bracelets, we recommend sliding on one bracelet at a time rather than stretching multiple pieces over your wrist at once.

We want you to receive your beautiful pieces as quickly as possible! Please note that the timeframes below are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during high-volume seasons.

All orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.

All items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. We encourage you to review product details and sizing tips carefully before purchasing.

Because our beaded bracelets are custom-made to order, they are not eligible for exchange. However, we do offer resizing services if an adjustment is needed. All bangles are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

All orders are prepared and shipped from Plano, Texas.

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address, stolen, or lost in transit once they have been scanned by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend reaching out to the carrier to file a claim.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact October Butterflies within 7 business days of delivery with photos, your order number, and a brief description of the issue. We'll take care of it by repairing or replacing your piece at no cost.

If an issue is reported after 7 business days from delivery, a repair or replacement may still be possible but a fee may apply.
