Sizing Tip: For these slightly larger beaded bracelets, we recommend measuring the smallest part of your wrist circumference (in centimeters) with a soft measuring tape, then add 3cm to that measurement to determine your bracelet size.

For the best fit: This sizing method should allow approximately one finger of space between your wrist and the bracelet for a comfortable fit.

RETURNS
All items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. However we do offer resizing services if an adjustment is needed for a beaded bracelet. We encourage you to review product details and sizing tips carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact October Butterflies within 7 business days of delivery with photos, your order number, and a brief description of the issue. We’ll take care of it by repairing or replacing your piece at no cost. Issues reported after 7 business days may still be eligible for repair or replacement, but a fee may apply.
